- Let her tell each line in her own words first, then tap play to hear the story version. Any sensible sentence is a win.
- Ask "what happened next?" between lines. Linking the lines into one story is the real skill.
- When every line has a tick, ask her to tell the whole story from the start, using the pictures.
- Turn off "Show words" if she starts reading the sentences instead of making her own.
