For grown-ups
- Tapping each item builds one-to-one counting — each tap says the next number out loud.
- Start small (1 to 5) and stretch the range in Settings as confidence grows.
- Swap the emoji for her favourite animal or snack to keep things fresh.
- A wrong guess just resets the count — there is no losing, only trying again.
